Method Preheat oven to 190 C. Place the sweet potato on a baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper and drizzle with a little olive oil, salt and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes. 1 cups orzo (about 9 ounces)
cup olive oil

1 clove garlic, minced
1 15-ounce can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
